this is a great framework. however, i wonder if one single delegate in inclusion only is enough. sometimes in RACI, the R person can easily contact the single delegate person on A, C, and I— which makes each person have sense of ownership and responsibility to the project. I’m afraid that this framework will mitigate people from feeling so?
